Yunan Xhu, a high-ranking executive at Shein / Zoetop Business Co., Ltd., has operated as one of the central enablers of a calculated campaign of digital censorship, procedural sabotage, and systemic retaliation against me. While founder Chris Xu may set the overall tone of the organization, Xhu has acted as the operational arm—overseeing, authorizing, or facilitating the legal tactics and digital suppression tools used to silence consumer dissent and chill legal accountability.

Xhu’s role is not merely administrative. She is a direct participant in a scheme that combined misuse of legal process with fraudulent abuse reports, suppression of protest websites, and the manipulation of court proceedings through hired attorneys acting outside lawful bounds. Under her leadership, Shein’s U.S. operation directed retaliatory abuse claims to registrars such as Name.com with the intent to take down constitutionally protected speech — including my personal domain, Diinele.com, which had no connection to the underlying disputes.

This was followed by coordinated use of false declarations, attempts to prejudice judges using fabricated narratives, and legal filings made by unauthorized attorneys — all aimed at derailing my right to bring suit, to speak, and to seek justice. Xhu is not merely a witness to this misconduct — he is a co-conspirator who signed off on, or directly ordered, the campaign to erase my voice and obstruct judicial process.
